The rooms were huge and super comfy, perfect for chilling with my friends after a day of adventure. We had a blast diving and snorkeling, exploring the beautiful underwater world. The hotel also offered bike hire, so we had a great time exploring the island on wheels. Plus, the 45-minute ferry cruise from Trat town pier was so much fun!
Only thing missing for us young party-goers was a happening nightlife scene at the hotel. It would have been awesome to have a club or some live music to keep the party going after a day of adventure.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and convenient for shops and food stalls. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

Location was OK (south end of White Sands Beach)
Very worn and dirty rooms. If you want room to be cleaned, you have to request it separately. Lots of mosquitoes (killed 15 in the first hour) and a few cockroaches in rooms. WIFI costs 150B/day and for some reason it did not work with my laptop at all! Expensive and very small breakfast. Also: do not purchase bus tickets to BKK from hotel unless you want to pay 15% extra (we did as we were in a hurry). Not really good value for money, if I went to Koh Chang 2nd time, I would opt for a bungalow (for 1000B/night) on some other beach.

The guestrooms at Alina Grande Hotel & Resort are perfect for a good night's sleep. I absolutely loved the spaciousness and the cozy feel. The air-conditioning was just what I needed after a day of exploring. And the balcony provided a great spot to relax and take in the view. I felt refreshed and comfortable in my room.
Personally, I found the seating area in some units a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Clean room and helpful staff.
Was not told in advance that there is 3% charge for using credit card. Also noisy room on one side of hotel.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Location OK
Pool icecold, depsite tropical weather, Do the fill it with a pipeline from Antarctica? Rooms, especially bathrooms needs a facelift. Breakfast limited and it is a nuisance to have to wait for toast (max 2 slices) instead of being "toastmaster" yourselves!

Staff friendly. New, clean, good-priced hillside rooms. Extended stay discount. Comfortable bed. Older Thai-style hotel with big rooms and lazy balcony. Amazing pool for swimming. Quiet beach location. Lovely, large, airy, clean rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Alina Grande Hotel & Resort! The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location was perfect, right across from the beach and close to all the shops and food stalls. We even had our laundry done through the front desk, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a great little mini mart where we could buy all the necessities. The pool area was beautiful and provided a great space for relaxing. we found Alina Grande Hotel & Resort to be excellent value for money, and the people there were lovely.
No issues 😊

Rooms is large. Staff were friendly and helpful and location is good.
Not many TV channels, no soap or shampoo in bathroom, no luxuries. Breakfast was awful with barely any choice and each day different items were not available. No dinner or room service in the hotel. No bar in hotel and no minibar in room.

Cozy balcony close to beach. Well maintained and clean. Close to restaurants and bars. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great value for money. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Lovely views. Wonderful swimming pool. Family-owned hotel. Convenient amenities such as minimart and breakfast. Free wifi, hot water shower, and spacious fridge.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Think nice to have a room by pool but children use 06.30 in morning. Doors very light and so be prepared for banging doors to keep you awake and mosquitos go through gaps in doors as if not there
